TERRACOTTA.

Terracotta has to be the most cosy looking homely floor tile ever created. The trouble is, it is now very difficult to find. You do have some maintenance with it but with many new sealing and cleaning systems it’s nowhere near as much hard work as it used to be. There are an infinite number of designs that you can create by incorporating smaller glazed tiles or coloured stone into your design and thus create a unique floor.

The only drawbacks we see with it is that in a busy kitchen it could look a bit unhygienic and tatty pretty quick and we would never fix it in wet areas, it is totally unsuitable.
